  • 1,000 reservation deposit which is held by us.Should you wish to proceed with your purchase the cost of flights and accommodation for 2 persons for an inspection trip will be refunded up to the value of 600 pound on exchange of contracts
  • 30%-Deposit on signing of the contract
  • 30%-Payable on completion of the concrete structure
  • 20%-Payable on completion of weather proofing
  • 15%-Payable on completion of internal fitting out
